What I Offer

1 to 1 Personal Training

Coached Model
Weekly 1-to-1 personal training with personalised programming you follow independently in a gym or training environment that suits you.

Massage & Recovery

Targeted massage and recovery sessions using a blend of Swedish techniques, sports and remedial work, and assisted stretching where appropriate.I also offer IASTM, Myofascial Cupping & Manual Lymphatic Drainage.

How Personal Training Works

• One coached 60-minute personal training session per week
• Weekly personalised training programme
• Fixed weekly session time agreed in advance
• Training completed independently outside of sessions
• Optional recovery support tailored to your needs
Personal training is offered through block booking and begins with a 40 minute consultation.

Coaching Packages

• Weekly personal training with programming and check-ins
• Optional monthly recovery allowances
• 3-month commitment, then rolling monthly
